This Cookie Policy explains how GenerateBizPlan, operated by Mill AI sp. z o.o., uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device (browser) when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the website operator. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and device fingerprints — this policy covers all of them, collectively referred to as "cookies".

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies for two purposes only:

  1. Essential — to make the Service work (remember your language, your cookie preference, and protect against abuse). These do not require consent under ePrivacy / GDPR because they are strictly necessary.
  2. Analytics — to understand how visitors use the Service so we can improve it. These are loaded only if you consent via our cookie banner.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, cross-site trackers, or social-media trackers in the current version of the Service.

This list is kept up to date. If a new cookie is introduced, we will update this table before the cookie is loaded for the first time.

We implement Google Consent Mode v2, meaning:

  • Analytics tags are loaded only after you give consent via the banner.
  • Before consent, only aggregated, cookie-less signals are collected (no personal identifiers).
  • You can withdraw consent at any time — see Section 5.

When you visit the Service for the first time, you see a cookie banner with three options: Accept all, Reject all, and Customize. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to use the Service.

Your consent choice is stored in the gbp_consent cookie for 12 months. After 12 months, we will ask again.

5. How to manage cookies

5.1 On our website

You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page on generatebizplan.com. Changes take effect immediately.

5.2 In your browser

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Instructions for common browsers:

Blocking essential cookies will prevent parts of the Service from working correctly (e.g., language selection, abuse protection).

5.3 Opt-out of Google Analytics

You can install the official Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on to prevent any data being sent to Google Analytics across all websites.

6. Third-party cookies

The only third-party cookies loaded (with your consent) are those from Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare's bot management (which is strictly necessary). We do not embed third-party content that sets additional cookies (no YouTube embeds, no Facebook pixels, no LinkedIn tags on the current version of the Service).

7. No advertising cookies

GenerateBizPlan is a permanently free service with no paid advertising campaigns. We do not use any advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies. Should this ever change, we will update this policy and re-request consent before any such cookie is loaded.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via a banner on generatebizplan.com. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest revision.
